The Association promotes volunteer work, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences who contribute to our mission. This fosters a strong connection to the local community and helps create a more inclusive and supportive environment.

Whenever necessary and feasible, workers are engaged through programmes promoted by the Regional Directorate for Vocational Training and Employment.

Additionally, the Association hosts interns and student trainees from various educational institutions, including the University of the Azores, vocational schools, and international organizations through exchange programs.
