By supporting the Alzheimer Açores Association you are directly contributing to the continuity of specialised responses for people with dementia and their families in the Autonomous Region of the Azores.
You can support us in different ways: by becoming a member, making a donation or paying court injunctions at alza's administrative services. Every form of support strengthens the association's capacity to maintain technical and social services that are essential to the community.
To become a member of alza simply fill in the registration form and contribute with an annual fee of 20€.
After submitting the form, pay the fee by bank transfer and send the proof of payment to alzheimer.acores@alza.pt so the corresponding receipt can be issued.
By being an alza member you are contributing to a noble cause while enjoying a series of benefits provided by institutions and companies, in areas such as health (pharmacies and rehabilitation clinics), home support, wellness and beauty, and technical books.

To pay a court injunction you can visit alza's administrative services, bringing the respective document, and pay the injunction in cash. The corresponding receipt will be handed to you.
